The HP Twin Mounted 1200 Unit equipped with: (2) DETRIOT 600HP ENGINES with turbo, 630 BHP @ 2100 RPM, Allison Transmission, (2) Gardner Denver (GD) 600HP Triplex Pumps WITH Fluid Ends. Max Flow Rate = 12 BPM Max Pump Pressure = 15K PSI, 3.” Plungers, Hours: 620, Axles: 22,700 lbs. Tires: 275/70R22.5 Control Cabin and (2) 15bbl Mixing Tanks on one of the 2 pumpers. Unit is equipped with Complete data acquisition.

General Description:

 This unit is a high-pressure pumping unit mounted on a trailer. The unit is comprised of:

  1. Control Cabin
  2. High-pressure pumping system
  3. Controls, instrumentation
  4. Hydraulic system to drive fluid handling and mixing

The high-pressure pumping system consists of:

  1. 2 x DETRIOT 13-liter deck mounted diesel engines
  2. 2 x Allison 4700 OFS transmissions

 

The following are included as standard equipment specification:

  1. Two (2) DETRIOT 15 diesel engine with 600 BHP @ 2100 RPM.
  2. Two (2) Transmission Allison 4700 OFS 7-Spd.
  3. Two (2) Centrifugal pumps for boost and mix water.
  4. Operator’s Control Cabin c/w Console laser etched.
  5. Two (2) GD TWS 600 Triplex pumps complete with 3’’ diameter fluid ends.
  6. 2” Figure 1502 Discharge manifold rated for 15,000psi.
  7. Fire Extinguisher.

Environmental Parameters:

The equipment will meet or exceed the following operating parameters:

  1. Humidity
  2. Equipment will operate normally with a relative humidity of: <90%

 Vibration/Shock

All manufactured components are built to withstand vibration/shock parameters during normal operations. The equipment will be designed to withstand a maximum shock of 1 g.
